Service scope
vContact is a verified contact profile and contact-sync utility. It helps you publish your own profile and keep matched contacts updated on your device and on the devices of other users who sync with you.
These terms describe the current service scope in plain language. Operated by Verax Labs. Last updated: 10 June 2026.
vContact is a verified contact profile and contact-sync utility. It helps you publish your own profile and keep matched contacts updated on your device and on the devices of other users who sync with you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile information you publish and for only using vContact with contact and profile data that you have the right to share.
When you start sync, vContact may update contacts in your Google account that it can update safely, using matched profile data. vContact is intended to run automatically over time, so changes can be applied without asking you to review every sync.
If people who have your phone number use vContact and sync, your latest known profile information may appear in their phonebooks. Signing out or uninstalling later does not delete your account or remove previously synced copies from their devices; to stop matching and future updates, delete your account.
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. Network availability, Android contacts behavior, manufacturer customizations, and account-provider behavior can affect results.
Do not use vContact to impersonate others, distribute unlawful content, abuse contact data, or interfere with the service or other users' devices.
By using vContact you agree to these terms. The service is provided as is, without warranties, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows. vContact is not intended for children.
